Typical legal administrators with 7-11 years’ experience duties:

Provide superior administrative and legal support to lawyers and the legal team, including managing complex legal calendars for multiple lawyers, ensuring efficient scheduling, adherence to deadlines, and potential oversight of junior legal staff. Manage client communication strategically, including acting as a primary point of contact for clients, handling complex inquiries professionally, courteously, and efficiently. Manage billing and accounts receivable with exceptional accuracy and efficiency, including preparing and finalizing complex legal bills and invoices according to firm guidelines, ensuring adherence to billing practices and best practices.
