The Director of Operations must have advanced project management and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to clearly communicate with management and employees across the company. Expert Microsoft Office skills are required. At least 10 years of experience in operations and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration is required; supervisory experience is strongly preferred.
