Stephen Mill brings over 25 years of experience in human capital advisory and serves as a trusted advisor to many companies. He has personally conducted hundreds of complex executive level assignments, specializing in finance, technology, and operations leadership advisory work with investment management, private equity, banking, manufacturing, and technology organizations. Stephen began his career at Robert Half in 1996, serving as the Sr. Regional Vice President for Canadian and Northeastern US staffing operations. He left Robert Half to assume a national leadership role for Korn Ferry’s recruitment process outsourcing business, developing and rapidly scaling their Canadian operations as a member of their executive team. He returned to Robert Half in 2014, where he has since developed, curated, and expanded the executive search business and implemented best practices across the organization globally. Stephen is an advisor to FEI Canada’s CFO of the Year program, jointly sponsored by Robert Half and Protiviti. Stephen has been interviewed and quoted by numerous news outlets, and mainstream media publications. As Group Managing Director, Isabelle brings extensive experience in executive recruitment, client development, recruitment process outsourcing and talent management solutions to the Canadian Robert Half Executive Search team. Isabelle started her career in the human capital industry in Montreal, where she was focused on building teams within the consumer-packaged goods industry. In 2004, Isabelle joined Futurestep, a division of Korn/Ferry, specializing in mid-level executive search and recruitment process outsourcing. At all times, she keeps her focus on client satisfaction and retention. Isabelle holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a focus in management from the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM). With an exemplary background in recruitment across all functions, levels and facets of the industry, Ashleigh brings over 18 years’ experience in senior recruitment advisory, business consulting and strategic relationship management to her role as Group Managing Director, Western Canada. Specializing in retained search for senior-level professionals, Ashleigh has implemented mission-critical recruitment solutions of varying scope, volume and seniority, delivering talent mandates for some of the most prominent organizations in Canada. In her current role, she manages executive recruitment engagements across all functions in Western Canada. On behalf of her clients, she addresses a broad array of talent management, leadership, M&A, recruitment, compensation and succession issues. Ashleigh holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce with a focus on accounting from the University of Alberta. For the past two years, she has been recognized as one of the Most Influential Business Leaders in British Columbia in the Professional Services, Staffing and Employment sector. Ashleigh has recently joined the Arthritis Society Of Canada as a national council member. In her current position, Linda consults with businesses and corporate management teams across the country, offering her unique recruiting insight to help bring on leaders in finance and accounting, operations, sales and marketing – among other positions critical to the organization. Prior to joining Robert Half, Linda spent 10 years in sales and marketing within the financial services industry, including running her own business. She has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McMaster University. With over 15 years’ experience in executive search, Yvonne is a Senior Associate with Robert Half Executive Search. Working closely with the Canadian management team, she supports clients and candidates throughout the entire hiring process. Yvonne excels in identifying the right talent, for the right position, at the right time. She is involved in every step of the client’s hiring process, which includes analysing the job requirements, attracting qualified candidates, screening and selecting the best possible applicants, hiring, as well as, integrating the new hire into the client’s organization. Partnering with Robert Half managing directors on engagements across all industries and functions, she is responsible for research direction, engagement strategy, role specification and candidate development. Marcia started her career in the financial services industry, working as a recruiter and training manager at Mexican financial group Actinver and Banorte, a private bank. She later worked with a top-tier search consultancy for more than a decade, first in Mexico City, and then in Vancouver. She joined Robert Half in 2016. Marcia earned her degree in business administration from Mexico City’s Universidad Intercontinental. Rita is an Associate with the Executive Search practice of Robert Half, the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm. Pearl joined Robert Half in June 2022, bringing more than five years of diverse senior talent acquisition (corporate, consulting and agency) experiences across the hospitality, finance, health care, information technology and retail industries, including placing more than 250 candidates as a Senior Recruiter. She holds a bachelor’s degree in human resource management (with honours) from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and a post-graduate credential in human resources from George Brown College. Based in our Toronto office, Brandon Hillier is a senior consultant with Robert Half Executive Search. He specializes in finance and technology leadership searches, working with some of Canada’s largest multinational public and private organizations to support their human capital needs. Brandon joined the firm in 2015. In his client-facing work, Brandon is responsible for conducting needs-analysis, research direction, engagement strategy, and candidate evaluation. Brandon is also involved in internally supporting strategic business development and operational improvement. Brandon is currently completing his PhD in economic geography at the University of British Columbia. He has a master’s degree in economic geography from the University of British Columbia, and graduated summa cum laude from York University with a bachelor’s degree in urban studies.
