Robert Half’s new system will go live for everyone as from July. All time from 1 July will have to be approved in Robert Half’s new system.
Yes, you will receive an invitation via Robert Half to create an account as soon as you employ a temporary worker through us after 1 July 2020. For security reasons, we cannot share any current credentials with the new system, so you will have to create a new login.
Hours can be approved throughout the month. From the start of the contract at the beginning of each month, the hours are visible to you. We advise you to wait until the end of the month before approving so that any illness or last-minute holiday can still be passed on correctly.
Yes, the hours you see are the contractual hours. If the temporary worker has performed more or less hours, you can adjust this before you approve.
