For one of its clients, Robert Half is looking for a Customer Service Officer (M/F/X) with excellent knowledge of Dutch and French for a permanent contract after interim period.
Our client is a listed multinational company active in the mobility sector and located in the center of Brussels.
Your responsibilities as a Customer Service Officer (M/F/X) include the following:
- handling customer inquiries and claims, averaging 15 telephone calls and 20 emails per day;
- managing contracts and files, including verification, data input, rebates, and agreements for additional services;
- executing marketing actions as determined by the Benelux Country Manager;
- processing orders for new customer cards and toll subscriptions;
- monitoring and maintaining an accurate customer portfolio;
- assisting and training customers in the effective use of the company's platform;
- managing and responding to the general inbox in a timely and professional manner;
- providing sales support to sales representatives;
- preparing reports to meet business requirements;
- serving as a backup for colleagues, including customer service representatives and sales officers;
- providing administrative assistance to the Technical Manager;
- handling manual acceptance authorizations as needed;
- following up on and resolving instances of suspected fraud;
- resolving card and toll-related issues remotely.
To excel in the role of Customer Service Officer (M/F/X), candidates should meet the following requirements:
- you have a higher degree of education (minimum of a Bachelor's level is required);
- you have an excellent knowledge of Dutch and French. English is a plus;
- you are detail-oriented and organized;
- you have a commercial feeling in helping customers;
- you work effectively as part of a team;
- you have a good sense of business and figures.
