<p>Voor <strong>dynamische organisatie</strong> van een 150tal medewerkers in <strong>regio Waregem</strong> zijn wij op zoek naar een <strong>HSE Manager</strong>.</p><p>In deze rol ben je lid van het management team en rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de CEO.</p><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Functieomschrijving:</span><br /><br />Als <strong>HSE Manager</strong> draag je samen met het management de verantwoordelijkheid voor het vormgeven, uitvoeren en bewaken van het beleid rond veiligheid, gezondheid, welzijn en milieu.</p><ul><li>Je bevindt je in een centrale positie tussen leidinggevenden en medewerkers op de werkvloer. Naast een bachelordiploma heb je ook een <strong>diploma preventieadviseur niveau II of I</strong>. Je hebt een <strong>diploma milieucoördinator</strong> of wil je hier verder voor bijscholen. </p><p>Je hebt <strong>minimaal 4 jaar ervaring binnen HSE</strong> in een bij voorkeur industriële omgeving en bent vertrouwd met relevante wet- en regelgeving. We zoeken iemand die autonoom kan werken, projecten kan trekken, en graag zowel operationeel als beleidsmatig wil werken. </p><p>Je hebt een hands-on, teamgerichte en probleemoplossende instelling en hebt een pragmatische aanpak. Je bent assertief, proactief en kan constructief advies geven.
