The business is highly acquisitive in Australia.</p><p> </p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><p> </p><p>The position will have full involvement, responsibility, and oversight of the finances, leading a team of 7.</p><p> </p><p>This includes managing the invoicing, month end, accounting, cash management, foreign exchange, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, modelling, costing, audit, etc.</p><p> </p><p>You will have responsibility for tax management, treasury management, management of systems including impending updates and projects, and working with the external advisors such as auditors and tax.</p><p> </p><p>The current processes and systems are working smoothly and provide the team with good reporting data, accuracy, and efficiency. Likewise, the team is tenured and require little direct guidance, but all enjoy further development.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Your Profile</strong></p><p> </p><p>This role requires a well-rounded Finance professional with experience in working for a growing business where there is an owner director. The role requires candidates with stamina and those who can go the extra mile to get the job done - the rewards in the form of bonus will be plentiful. As a minimum the perfect candidate will be at the level of Finance Manager currently.</p><p> </p><p>The ideal candidate will have between 10-13 years' experience and will come from a Chartered Accounting firm initially and have a broad range of industry experience including large and small companies. This role will suit a candidate that lives in Western Sydney and feel comfortable in working in their offices 5 days a week, with flexibility around working hours.
