Our client is the head group of multiple companies who specialise in FMCG who are continuing to expand their operations. They have approximately 180 employees nationally, with a head office of 80 employees in the northern suburbs of Melbourne.
About the Role
Reporting into a tenured and welcoming People & Culture Business Partner and support from a 0.4 People & Culture Coordinator, this is a hands-on role with fantastic development opportunities to take your skills to the next level. You will support with employee lifecycle, HRIS implementation project (Employment Hero), process improvement and project-based activities, to name a few areas.
This role is Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm, 100% office based, free parking on site.
