    Duties

    • Develop strong relationships with customers and internal staff
    • Conduct all Sales Support and administration functions to ensure the Sales team is adequately serviced and have all necessary information for their roles
    • Answer phone calls and emails relating to warranty and roadside assistance enquiries
    • Promptly and professionally assist with requests from stakeholders and customers on all administrative tasks relevant to effective product management and service
    • Process warranty and roadside cancellations
    • Process warranty and roadside transfer requests
    • Proactively identify areas for improvement with processes involving sales, administration, and operations
    • Assist and support other members of the Finance & Operations team
    • Assist with other Ad Hoc operational and processing duties as required
    • Comply with Privacy Act guidelines and other government policies as needed
    • Assist with general office duties as required

    Skills & Experience

    • Excellent phone manners
    • Experience in data processing
