You will define process flows, decision points, role responsibilities and controls, ensuring processes are fit-for-purpose, auditable and aligned to digital platforms.</p><p>You will facilitate process design workshops with technical and operational stakeholders, document current and future-state processes, and develop supporting work instructions and templates.
