    The Front-End Developer is responsible for translating business requirements into front end code, based on designs produced by a UI Designer who you will work with very closely.

    • Extensive experience in managing front-end development to successfully translate business requirements and wireframes/designs into technical specs, prototypes, mock-ups, and finally into front-end code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
    • Significant front-end coding skills and knowledge of popular web development tools and technology stacks.
    • Ability to work with existing code bases and using existing tools, whilst promoting and occasionally introducing best practice/industry standard tools.
    • Adept at utilizing design systems and constructing components.
    • Ability to work within a web development team using Agile and UCD/HCD (user-centred design/human-centred design) processes.

    • Minimum 5 years of front-end development experience, with strong expertise in Vue.js and Nuxt.js (or similar frameworks such as React and NextJS)
    • Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with a focus on responsive design and web accessibility.
    • Ability to build scalable, modular applications using component-based architecture.
    • Solid experience with state management libraries such as Vuex or Pinia (or similar state management libraries such as Redux and MobX).
    • Familiarity with modern build tools and workflows including Vite, Babel, ESLint, and Prettier (as well as older systems like Webpack).
    • Experience in implementing testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Playwright) for reliable, maintainable code.
