    The Role

    The CRMS - Technical Lead role is pivotal in leading the technical aspects of the Customer Relationship Management System (CRMS) project for a large veteran charity.

    The role directly contributes to improving the administration of services, data management, and reporting across the organisation, with a focus on the pilot phase of the new system rollout in a designated region. This position requires technical expertise in Salesforce, data migration, system configuration, and CRM management, as well as strong collaboration with internal and external teams to meet the project objectives and ensure seamless transition to BAU.

    • Migrate client and operational data from existing systems to Salesforce while ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance.
    • Support automated data deletion processes and establish data governance protocols.
    • Develop user-friendly and innovative dashboards and reports that offer real-time insights to aid decision-making.
    • Oversee the technical build phase of the project, ensuring system design and implementation align with the organisation's needs.
    • Collaborate with the Project Advisor for effective integration of technical and strategic aspects.
    • Lead the migration process for all data from previous CRMS and SharePoint systems into Salesforce.
    • Configure workflows, role-based permissions, privacy matrices, and manage automated data deletion processes.
    • Provide support and troubleshooting for users during the pilot phase, ensuring smooth adoption of the system.

    Your Profile

    The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas,

    • Salesforce Admin certification, with hands-on experience in system configuration, data migration, and dashboard/report design.
    • Proven ability to lead CRM projects, migrate data, and ensure smooth transitions to new systems.
    • Experience configuring workflows, automation, and role-based permissions within Salesforce.
    • Expertise in designing actionable reports and user-friendly dashboards.
    • Strong knowledge of role-based access controls and data privacy regulations.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel.
