    About the Role

    Reporting to the Supply Chain and Purchasing Manager, this role is crucial to the smooth running of supply chain operations, handling overseas deliveries and material planning for local suppliers. You will have support from a tenured team of 3 who are committed to operational excellence.

    This is a temporary ongoing role (6 months minimum) starting ASAP, working Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, predominantly onsite, with some flexibility offered once trained.

    Duties

    Some of your key duties will include:

    • Material planning for local suppliers and manage accuracy of aggregate supplier schedules for the site
    • Supple chain analysis - Manage exceptions generated from the Advanced Planning System and balance this between Supplier capability and plant/operations needs
    • Customer management - Enter customer orders into the system and process change requests from customers
    • Managing overseas container deliveries with warehouse
    • General MRP Administration

    Skills & Experience

    • Previous experience in a similar supply chain/planning coordination role - 1 year minimum
    • Previous experience in the manufacturing industry - desirable
    • Be immediately available to start
    • Have full working rights in Australia
