    About the Company

Our client is within the healthcare sector.

    About the Role

As the Recruitment Manager, you will lead the end-to-end recruitment process of medical professionals. You will be responsible for implementing talent attraction strategies, sourcing suitable candidates, supporting candidates throughout the recruitment process, and facilitating the onboarding procedure of new employees. You will also assist the organisation with general HR queries, so HR experience and knowledge is required for this role. This is a full-time, permanent position, based fully in office.

    Duties

As the Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for:

    • Supporting the medical centres with hiring suitable talent within the medical field. It is imperative that these candidates not only match the skillsets required for the role, but emulate the values of the organisation.
    • Running a smooth and efficient recruitment process for their sites, based in Victoria, South Australia and New South Wales. You may be required to travel to the different sites as part of the recruitment process.
    • Identifying suitable talent pipelines and build a talent network of prospective candidates.
    • Working with external agencies to source talent when required, including international agencies.
    • Facilitating the onboarding procedure of newly hired employees, ensuring they settle into the role well with the support of the Practice Managers.
    • Providing HR related advice where required. You will be the 'go-to' person within the organisation regarding HR, so experience and knowledge of HR is essential.

    Skills & Experience

To succeed within this role, you must have:

    • Demonstrated experience working in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition, as well as HR.
    • Demonstrated experience running multiple recruitment processes at one time.
    • Understanding of the HR landscape.
    • Have full working rights in Australia.
    • Have a valid driver's licence and a car.

If you require any adjustments, these can be made at any point throughout the recruitment process to support your application.
