    The Company

    Our client is one of the largest providers of essential services across Australia.

    The Role

    The Project Administrator is responsible for a wide variety of tasks within the areas of operations, project administration and office management across all business units.

    Some of the responsibilities will involve:

    • Managing team inbox
    • Running reports in Excel (advanced skills needed)
    • Managing leave/sick request
    • Running daily data / information updates
    • Management of technician profiles
    • Data Entry

    Please note this is a temporary opportunity, commencing immediately for 6-12 weeks.

    Your Profile

    To be a successful candidate for this position, you will have the following:

    • Prior experience is supporting teams
    • Advanced Excel skills
    • High attention to detail
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
    • Ability to work autonomously
