    About the Company

    Our client is a leading NFP housing organisation that operate nationwide. Their market share is continuing to grow and so they are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Administrator to provide invaluable assistance.

    About the Role

    Supporting the Investment and Development Team, this role is crucial in ensuring the team can deliver in projects in a timely and accurate manner. You will provide administrative support, tracking of projects, reporting and resource management to name a few areas. You

    This is a 6-month FTC starting ASAP, with potential to extend. Working Monday-Friday, with 1-2 days from home per week.

    Duties

    Some of your key duties will include:

    • Assist the State Development Manager and Project Managers in coordinating project activities, resources and timelines
    • Maintain up-to-date project documentation
    • Monitor and track project milestones, deliverables and deadlines.
    • Assist in the preparation of communication materials, project reports and presentations for internal teams and senior management
    • Prepare tender submission plans including high level timeframes for submission preparation, review and lodgement etc

    Skills & Experience

    To be a successful candidate you must have:

    • Previous experience in a similar project administration role - 1 year minimum
    • Previous experience in the building and/or construction industry - desirable
    • Strong administrative skills: high attention to detail and organisation
    • Be available to start ASAP!
