    Robert Half are exclusively engaged with a provider of health care and aged care services across QLD. As a not-for-profit organization, they are passionate about improving the lives of their community.
    This role is a critical first point of contact for their end users, including doctors and nurses, who rely on swift and professional IT support to carry out their vital work.

    The Role:
    As a Level 1 Help Desk Support professional, you will work on site in Eagle Farm, providing IT support to end users via phone, email, and ticketing systems. You will need strong communication skills, technical competence, and a mature approach to problem-solving.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide timely technical support to end users, including healthcare professionals.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues relating to Active Directory (AD) and Azure AD.
    • Support users with Office 365 applications.
    • Assist with basic network troubleshooting when required.
    • Escalate issues to appropriate teams.
    • Document incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system.

    About You:
    We are looking for someone with strong communication, technical expertise, and a proactive attitude. You will need to be able to manage time effectively and communicate professionally with healthcare-end users who often operate in high-pressure environments.

    Key Skills & Experience Required:

    • Previous experience in a Level 1 Help Desk Support role.
    • Strong knowledge of Active Directory (AD), Azure AD, and Office 365 suite.
    • Basic understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • A problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently.
