    Your Opportunity

    Join a well-established leader in Australia's infrastructure and construction industry, where you'll be part of a supportive and inclusive Finance team that values collaboration and teamwork.

    As the Accounts Receivable Officer you will be responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, and monitoring collections from clients. You will require strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and clients. You will plays a key role in maintaining healthy cash flow for the business

    As the Accounts Receivable officer, your responsibilities will include:

    • Invoice Management
    • Account Reconciliation
    • Payments & Collections
    • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
    • Monitor cash flow and assist in forecasting the company's financial position based on outstanding receivables.
    • Data Entry and Record-Keeping.
    • Collaboration with Internal Teams to ensure smooth processes for billing, payment tracking, and resolution of client disputes.
    • Assist with any ad-hoc financial projects or audits as required by the finance department.

    About You

    To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and experience:

    • At least 2 years of Accounts Receivable experience with a solid understanding of AR processes.
    • Proficiency in invoice processing, with a high level of attention to detail.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with high volumes
