The company works closely with Microsoft, helping clients with their software solutions. Projects typically include SharePoint and Outlook integrations. As the business grew, workload for the company rapidly increased as new Microsoft products were released to an expanding client base. An experienced back-end developer was required to help manage the workload. However, the company was experiencing challenges recruiting for the role because of high competition for the technical skills and its non-central location.
