Due to internal projects, they are looking for a technically strong Financial Accountant to take ownership of their reporting requirements for an initial 3-month term.

    The Role
    As the contract Financial Accountant, you will report directly into the Financial Controller and work alongside a tight-knit finance team. You will be responsible for the following:

    • Cleanup of supplier reconciliations
    • Internal audit work
    • Manage month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and effective reporting.
    • Oversee account reconciliations, journal entries, and adjustments as necessary.
    • Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
    • Support audits (internal and external) by preparing documentation and responding to inquiries.
    • Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for improving financial processes.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local statutory requirements.

    Your Profile
    To be considered for the role, you need to bring and have:

    • Experience in large and complex businesses.
    • Strong background in Financial Accountant - CA/CPA preferred
    • Experience with D365 is highly desired.
