    The Role
    The End User Compute Services Manager is a key leadership role responsible for managing and enhancing the end-user technology experience.     Key Requirements

    • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing end-user computing services, including device provisioning, support, and software deployment in a medium to large enterprise.
    • Proven experience administering and supporting Microsoft Office 365 applications.
    • Demonstrated expertise in managing the lifecycle of end-user devices, ensuring performance and reliability.
    • Strong background in vendor relationship management, including SLAs and procurement processes.
    • Leadership experience guiding teams focused on end-user support, with an emphasis on fostering collaboration and innovation.

    Desired Technical Skills

    • Certifications such as MD-100, MD-101, or similar Microsoft credentials.
    • Knowledge of ITIL or IT Service Management frameworks is a plus.
    • Experience in device management, including laptops, desktops, and mobile platforms.
    • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
    • Familiarity with managing print environments (network printers and multi-function devices).
