    As a recruiter, you have the power to positively impact your candidates' lives by presenting them with opportunities they may not have found on their own. You will provide solutions to your clients and candidates alike, helping to secure the ideal talent solution for their needs. As a trusted advisor, you will guide them through the hiring process from start to finish.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Growing your network to develop new and existing business relationships
    • Building a talent pool/candidate pipeline
    • Conducting all stages of a talent solution for your customers
    • Understanding and analysing the market and sharing trends
    • Participating in company events, networking, CSR activities, and other community engagement opportunities

    You have previous experience in recruitment, business development (B2B), or a similar consultative, solution-selling position. You are passionate about what you do and demonstrate drive and tenacity. You enjoy working collaboratively in a high-performing environment and are keen to pursue a career in a consultative and solution-orientated business. You embrace the training opportunities available and take ownership of developing your career. You are a critical thinker who can make quick, agile decisions with a determination to achieve the best outcome for all. You thrive in a results-oriented environment.
