The Role

Performance improvement and career support based on optimizing the engineering organization
Recruitment activities for organizational expansion
Resource allocation for project execution
Environment optimization to enhance development efficiency (deployment optimization, information sharing)
Support and review of the following tasks:

Development of recommendation, search, and ad delivery engines, including new feature development and performance improvement
Initiatives to enhance development efficiency (deployment optimization, information sharing), load testing, and security measures
Database design
24/7 stable system operation
Identification and resolution of technical issues in the system
Development of automation and cost-reduction tools for operations

Your Skills

Experience in managing multiple development teams consisting of 10 or more members and providing technical leadership in development environments
Experience in talent development, performance evaluation, and driving the establishment and strengthening of organizational structures
Experience in collaborating with HR to promote engineer recruitment and technical branding
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent knowledge and work experience
Ability and willingness to learn new technologies, tools, and programming languages as needed
Flexibility to adapt to changing situations
