    Code of Business Conduct and Ethics

    Our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics sets out basic principles to guide all employees, agents and representatives of Robert Half and Protiviti. It also provides detailed guidance on reporting any code violation or other misconduct. The mandatory training is available in seven languages, and employees must confirm in writing that they have completed the training and understand and agree to abide by the standards set forth in the Code and related policies. Employees must complete annual Code training, which includes topics such as: Anti-corruption/Anti-bribery Conflict of interest Gifts and entertainment Insider trading Reporting misconduct Read the Code of Conduct
