We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity in the healthcare and social assistance industry. Based in Staten Island, New York, we are on the lookout for a skilled HRIS Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll be expected to streamline software processes and provide post-implementation support for the Workday HR system.
Responsibilities include:
• Providing effective post-implementation support for the Workday HR system
• Collaborating with payroll and benefits departments to optimize software processes
• Conducting regular audits to ensure compliance and accuracy of HRIS data
• Performing data entry tasks as required
• Utilizing the 'About Time' software in a proficient manner
• Ensuring the successful execution of benefit functions through the HRIS system.
• Proficient in using 'About Time' software for efficient timekeeping and labor management
• Solid experience in conducting audits to maintain the integrity and accuracy of HR data
• Strong knowledge of Benefit Functions within the HRIS to ensure employee benefits are managed effectively
• Familiarity with compliance regulations specific to the Healthcare, Hospitals, and Social Assistance industry
• Proven ability in performing accurate Data Entry tasks in a timely manner
• Expertise in utilizing Workday HRIS for optimized Human Resource management and operations
