Vacancy: Finance Manager (M/F/X) - We are looking for a Finance Manager (M/F/X) for our client, a Private Equity backed company. The position is a direct permanent position with our customer. The support and placement as well as all of our other services are free of charge for you as an applicant.

Missions

• You oversee all finance-related operations, including billing, accounts receivable/payable, general ledger, and revenue recognition.
• You manage cash flow, debt collection, and financial reporting in accordance with IFRS and local GAAP.
• You coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors to ensure compliance.
• You prepare and analyze budgets, forecasts, and tax filings for both direct and indirect taxes.
• You implement and maintain robust financial controls and processes.
• You lead the finance integration of future acquisitions in Switzerland.

Profil du candidat

• You have a strongacademicbackground and are a qualifiedaccountant (e.g., ACA, CIMA, SwissCPA or equivalent).
• You bring at least 10 years of experience in finance, with a track record in fast-paced or Private Equity environments.
• You are highly skilled in Excel and comfortable handling large datasets.
• You demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a hands-on, results-driven mindset.
